ITS MICROSOFT OFFICE TRAINING PROGRAM
SPACE STILL AVAILABLE!

We appreciate that technology is always changing and staying current is challenging and that’s why we offer effective and interactive training that will improve skills and teach some new ones. ITS Consulting Inc. and Alandale Training are coming together to offer a series of training session for Microsoft Office 2007 in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.

Our trainer, John Chandler, has been providing computer training since 1995. All courses are offered as one-on-one, classroom or group training either in a lab environment or on-site if all requirements are met.

John’s hands-on approach focuses on teaching the shortcuts, tips and tricks to help train participants to increase their productivity. Each course provides a handbook that can be used as a reference guide upon course completion.

The following dates for classes are still available:

Apr 14 – PowerPoint 2007 Level 1

Apr 19 – Word 2007 Level 1

Apr 26 – Excel 2007 Level 1

May 5 – PowerPoint 2007 Level 1

ITS HAS A DOCKING STATION

A docking station is a great way to save time when having to move your laptop from home to work and back.  A docking station is a one step connection for Internet, monitor and USB attached peripherals like your mouse, you just set your laptop on top and your connected to everything. It’s that easy. The docking station we are selling is compatible with a Thinkpad T410s, T410, T400s and we are selling it for $140.00. If you are interested in purchasing this please click here to e-mail us.

TECH TIP OF THE MONTH

Where did all my drives go?

Have you asked yourself that question? Don’t worry they are not gone forever, here are some solutions we recommend:

1. Click in “My Computer” if you cannot see your drives try logging off and back on and/or shutting down your device and rebooting.  If that does not work contact ITS for support.
2. If you can see your drives, but receive an error message after you click on them, again try logging off and back on and/or shutting down your device and rebooting it.  If that does not work contact ITS for support.

A lot of the time your computer just needs to be logged off and back into and the problem will be fixed, but if not you know who to go to for help.
