Friends, Customers, Vendors, To the ITS extended Family. We are responding to COVID-19 events and official instructions as they occur and as we are made aware. But Please note that our staff is fully working remotely and fully able to assist you with whatever needs you might have to help your business prepare, engage and beat Covid-19.

As a proactive preventative measure our offices have been closed, we are not accepting deliveries, all our staff have been sent home and are working in individual isolation and have been for several days.

All remote services are still in operation, monitoring, alerting DR and website management still continue daily. Equipment deliveries can be facilitated where possible, remote setups are also possible. We must warn that unfortunately at this time COVID-19 is not the only nefarious virus propagating, we are seeing increased Crypto Virus attacks, more spoofing and wire transfer scams. Be vigilant digitally, fraudsters are looking to take advantage of this new remote working world that many are experiencing for the first time on devices that where not specifically prepared for the job they are doing. Not sure.. please, please ask! Notes and alerts are being sent to all booking and accounting contacts weekly.
